Best Time to go?
Spring to Early Fall (Rock is extremely chossy only experienced and safe climbers should attempt).
A Colorado gem. Near Aspen lies this stunning National Park. Best bet is to get there early and be prepared to sleep in a parking lot with a very early start. Cell phone service is rare. Sprint actually performed the best on top the Mountain. As beautiful as the spires are they are also extremely dangerous. Loose rock that likes to come ripping down the mountain.. Be respectful and don’t rush up the route… You might kill someone below. Best travel mode is definitely a campervan so you may park close to trailhead and have the luxury of a hard top.
